Um, all the LNE100TX's that I have here use the Lite-On PNIC, which is
already supported by the tlp driver.

I would guess that the switch to ADMtek is farily recent, and explains the
change in board layout that I observed the last time I saw one of these at
the store.

Hopefully someone can give you pointers -- I am not much of a driver guru.
