Install a new copy of menuc on your running system to fix the run.c issues.

I don't know on the other one but I haven't seen it yet and I build 2 
snapshots a day automatically right now. One as UPDATE=1 to use the previous
nights .depend and object files and then one without. I've caught bugs both
ways at times.
