Speaking as a user, I would like NetBSD to ship with a very simple
mailer that would be good enough for use on a workstation with just a
few users.  It should support mail to local users and aliases, and
SMTP mail to a smart host.  Perhaps also UUCP mail to a smart host.

Then, if I want a more capable mailer, I'll install something of my
choice.
