the patch has been in -current since early July.  as I don't have the
hardware myself, I wanted an additional sanity check before pulling up
the driver.  I sent a query to see if anyone else had the hardware and
could test it, and didn't hear back from anyone else..
I'll submit a pullup request for the change shortly..
