Hi folks,
I've just committed a change to remove the long obsolete boot flag
RB_DFLTROOT. Appropriate boot arguments in respective bootblocks
were also removed and help messages updated (hopefully I've catched
all the help messages).

Though the change were pretty mechanical and I've painfully ensured
the resulted code is okay, I've had no chance to actually test the
change on all affected platforms. If you find a problem, please
let me know ASAP.
