I'd like to pull up the following fix into 1.5 (which works for at
least one cyclades-Y board).  However, as I don't have the hardware,
I'd like some additional sanity checking..

Anyone else have one of these boards and can give it a try?

When receiving an rx interrupt on a closed or unconfigured port, read
the data out of the board anyway so it won't re-interrupt anyway.
