Is there some reason why we are building ntpv4 without defining either
DES or MD5?
Without these options, there are no provisions for authentication keys
of any sort. (Key type A depends on DES, while S, M, and N depend on
MD5 being defined - see /usr/src/dist/ntp/libntp/authreadkeys.c in the
vicinity of line 147.)
