current-users: Noone is using dhcpd, or what's up?

Since the import of the new dhcpd version on June 7, it stopped working for
me completely (see PR bin/10378).

Is it working for anyone? Even simplest configurations from 
/usr/share/examples/dhcp don't work for me anymore.
