I remember back a while ago there was some chanegs checked in that were
supposed to make the insertion and removal of cardbus/pcmcia devices work.
This is the first time I have tried this but with my cardbus 3c575tx I get
the following when I remove it :

ex0: adapter failure (ffff)

But when I do the same procedure with a pcmcia card (my wavelan or my
3c589d) it works fine. I was unable to find any reference to this anywhere
is this a known problem? if so what can I do to fix it?
