Heyla,
any suggestions for debugging.

% ntpdc -c version
ntpd 4.0.99i Tue May  2 23:49:44 EST 2000 (1)
% ps `cat /var/run/ntpd.pid` -uww
USER       PID %CPU %MEM   VSZ  RSS TT  STAT STARTED       TIME COMMAND
root     15184  0.0 26.2   664 34180 ??  S<s  Wed12AM    0:20.15 /usr/sbin/ntpd -x -p /var/run/ntpd.pid
                               ^^^^^
I've still got it running if there are any useful structs I can
print from gdb.
