Hello,

I update my i386 system with source upto April 29, 2000 and found out that
my system was increadible slow when using telnet, ftp or even ping.  It
take a long time (about 30 seconds for telnet command to connect to other
host, netbsd).  What is wrong with the telnet, ftp, ping and other network
related component ?
