I committed the change of the name of RTL81[23]9 driver,
because of the confliction with the device name of VAX
RL?? disk pack.

The new drive name is `rtk'.  It was used to be called `rl'.

It is minimal: It changes only the name of device.  It does
not change the name of source files.
