Has anyone tried one of those newer "phone line ethernet" cards? They're
made by Intel and D-Link, from what I've seen, and come in the USB, PCI,
PCMCIA, and ISA varieties. They mostly list 1Mbps rates, with a couple by
Intel boasting 10Mbps. They transmit and receive over the second pair of a
RJ14 phone jack.

I'm wondering if any of our current drivers support these. Mmmm, cheap
alternative to wireless.
