Ah-hah.  It can't have done that, because the memory tops out at 0xdffff.

So, I'm trying 0xc0000.  I've turned on the debug options for i82365_isa.c,
i82365_isasubr.c, pcic.c... and I'm getting *nothing*.  Do we have some
special flag that keeps it from even starting a probe in this range?
