I've just committed changes to the boot scriopts to run /etc/sysctl.conf
at boot time with sysctl -f. This makes it easier to set arbitrary
sysctls at boot time, and to keep this related information together.

Please note that if you're setting defcorename or securelevel in your
rc.conf, those settings are now ignored. You can set them in
/etc/sysctl.conf instead. See the sample file in src/etc.
