Gregory McGarry's latest driver from his web page works fine on my
laptop with Xircom CreditCard Ethernet 10/100, in 10baseT, 100baseTX and
100baseTX-fdx.
Let's replace the driver in the -current tree with his driver. (The old
one never worked on my pccard.)
