I'm assuming zen is exporting /d2 as shown above...

What does 'showmount -e zen' give you?  Can you try to mount
zen:/d2/users?  I remember a thread a while ago about the permissions
given to exports, although I'm not sure that the thread applies here.  My
first guess is that nfsd won't follow the links - since you have /d2
exported, you'd have to mount something off of the /d2 export.

Just a thought.

As to why 1.3.2 works and 1.4.2 doesn't, I've no idea - I've never run
into this problem myself.
