I've put up a new tarfile with the new ahc driver. It's in the usual
spot, but with a slightly different name as expected:

	ftp://ftp.nl.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/fvdl/ahc-03102000.tgz

Things fixed:

	* avoid unnecessary negotiations, causing timeouts when trying
	  to negotiate with non-existing LUNs.

It's now been tested succesfully on:

	i386: 7850, 7880, 7890 (all PCI), 7770 (VL)

problems with:
	alpha: 7890

I need more people to test it on Alphas, so that it can be checked if
this failure is an isolated case, or a generic failure of the new
driver on NetBSD/alpha.

Also wanted are EISA testers, and big-endian platforms.
