Intel is strangely nice about keeping old driver and utility disks
available for download.

the E16DISK.EXE is either a self-extracting ZIP or LHA archive, which
can be extracted under NetBSD...

I use an EtherExpress/16 in my i386 1.4 a.out box.  Never had any
problems with it.
