cd /usr/pkgsrc

make readme __ARCH_OK=yes NO_IGNORE=yes

===>  Creating README.html for pkgsrc

(time passes)

Cannot fork
"../../mk/bsd.pkg.mk", line 556: warning: "/usr/bin/ident /usr/sbin/pkg_create /usr/sbin/pkg_delete /usr/sbin/pkg_info /usr/sbin/pkg_add | /usr/bin/awk '$1 ~ /\$NetBSD/ && $2 !~ /^crt0/ { gsub("/", "", $4); print $4 }' | sort | /usr/bin/tail -n 1" returned non-zero status
Cannot fork

The proc table is full. That's 1000+ programs running at once.

I'm running 1.4.1 with /usr/pkgsrc from a couple of days ago, and I
just installed everything in /usr/pkgsrc/pkgtools for good measure.

Any ideas?
