It definitely wasn't Soft Updates (as I'm not using them).  I was compiling
xsrc at the time so there are a lot of programs in the accounting file
around that time - not including long running programs.  However, when
building I union mount an lfs obj dir over my ffs src so maybe it's there
somewhere.
