I've bumped the kernel rev from 1.4S to 1.4T due to a change in
struct protosw which will required various tools such as netstat
to be recompiled.

The change to protosw is to support pfil at a per-protocol level,
enabling separate filter chains for IPv4, IPv6, TCP, UDP, etc.
The primary motivation of this was to extend pfil support to IPv6.

Currently IP Filter does not support filtering for IPv6, but this
will be available for integration prior to 1.5.
