I've been having some problems with the WaveLAN-IEEE driver, I think.

When I use it, at some point I get a report of a lost interrupt on my
laptop's IDE drive. It falls from UDMA to DMA to PIO mode, more or
less locking the system up for a few minutes. It tends to recover, but
end up in PIO mode.

Also, if I use mpg123 to play audio directly from the network, I get
a lockup. This also happens on a coworkers laptop. If I play the audio
from the hard drive all is well, and I can use the wi0 interface to
get the file and store it on the drive.

Has anyone noticed problems like this? Perhaps too much work is done in
an interrupt context for this driver?
