The /etc/security script will complain about devices it finds that
don't have the permissions and ownership set the way it prefers them
to be set. 

That's cool, unless the devices happen to be on a filesystem that is
mounted nodev because it happens to be a different Unix mounted on
"/emul/fooix/".

Wouldn't it make more sense to not complain about devices on partitions
mounted nodev?
