A flag for that might be useful too, I'm not sure - but I don't think
it would be quite what I'm suggesting.   That flag would be a driver
property - I was imagining something that would very much be user
settable, and would have to be set for dhcp to config the interface
(which would also mean the "use dhcp on this interface, but statically
configure that other one" case would just fall out easily).
