While we are here: shm doesn't need kvm nor wired down physical
memory for quite some time, so the default SHMMAX/SHMALL of
4 MBytes (on i386) isn't needed anymore to protect the system
from DOS attacks.

I personally could live with 32 or 64M, but I see no technical
reason to make it much less than MAXDSIZ.
