What's wrong with maxusers being larger than 64?

I know our scaling is probably no longer even similar to BSD/OS's, but there,
the suggested default (if you're not leaving it 0 to have it auto-scale) is
the same as MB of memory, so, on a box with 256MB of core, you'd use maxusers
256.

'config' gives a warning; why?
