The full install didn't fix the problem. It turned out to be much
simpler: I wassn't doing an `ipf -E' before trying to load rules
(I'm not doing any filtering at the moment), so that nat_table was
not set. I'm sure Darren, now that he knows about this, will fix
it not to crash the entire system when you do this.
