	how about:
	- include pkg_add and friends into boot floppy, and let
	  sysinst visit them, or
	- let sysinst visit pkg_add and friends in /mnt/usr, after "base"
	  tarball is installed
	perl, cvs and some items can be enabled by default.

	I still think this is a good option to take, since this solves cases
	for non-cvs tools (yes, perl and possibly ssh - ssh has patent/export
	issues with it though).
