FYI, vax and pmax snapshots are happening now at:
ftp://ftp.mrynet.com/pub/NetBSD/snapshots.
The hierarchy so far is as follows:
drwxr-xr-x 4 root 14 512 Dec 23 10:25 1.4.1/vax/19991223/
drwxr-xr-x 4 root wheel 512 Dec 29 22:25 1.4.1/vax/19991230/
drwxr-xr-x 4 root wheel 512 Dec 29 22:25 1.4.1/pmax/19991230/
These snapshots are built on a VAXstation 3100/30 and a
DECstation 3100. Due to the sheer time involved in building on
these machines, the snapshots will probably occur no more
frequently than weekly.
Please feel free to patronise these provisions with the understanding
that they I no association with the NetBSD project itself. These are
intended to help provide users of these ports (particularly those with
slow machines who can't do such frequent builds) test and debug the
current sources.
Also keep in mind that certain fatal problems that persist will be
dealth with, in particular a pmax issue with the RCONSDEV definition
referenced in sys/arch/pmax/dev/rcons.c that remains unaddressed.
(The fix is to include pmax/pmax/cons.h instead of dev/cons.h...
Is this being resolved? Please refer to
http://mail-index.netbsd.org/port-pmax/1999/12/20/0001.html )
Any concerns regarding the snapshots should be addressed to the
attached signature address.
