Unfortunately, I'm not sure I do.  What I do have is email that I got from
a BSDI customer in reference to a complaint someone had about BSD/OS - but
it was *exactly* the symptoms I'm used to seeing for rfc1323.  But I'm not
sure whether or not I can quote that.  ;-)
