I just got a batch of new NetGear FA-310TX's which don't seem to
transmit packets with NetBSD-current and the tlp driver as of about 11/15.
I haven't had a chance to look more other than noting the physical parts,
but thought I'd warn others:

They are listed as NetGear FA310TX Rev-D2.
with ethernet chip LC 82c169C
The PHY is a Broadcom BCM5202

dmesg yields:
	tlp0 at pci0 dev 16 function 0: Lite-On 82C169 Ethernet, pass 2.0
	tlp0: interrupting at irq 14
	tlp0: Ethernet address 00:a0:cc:59:6c:36
ukphy0 at tlp0 phy 1: Generic IEEE 802.3u media interface
	ukphy0: OUI 0x001018, model 0x0021, rev. 2
	ukphy0: 10baseT, 10baseT-FDX, 100baseTX, 100baseTX-FDX, auto
	tlp0: supplying EUI64: 00:a0:cc:ff:fe:59:6c:36

Hopefully I'll get a chance to look at this a little more.
