Actually, that would be CLVE; this was only done for capital
letters.

Well, lately, I've mostly seen it on building inscriptions (like
MASSACHVSETTS INSTITVTE OF TECHNOLOGY) and T-shirts (FVCKED BY THE
INSTITVTE), but I digress..
