Ditto.  The "#if 0" -> "#if 1" change in elink3.c made my 589 (on a
PCMCIA card in my Toshiba Satellite) work.  After -current was
modified in this respect, to use a ep_reset_cmd() call (if I recall
correctly; I don't have the sources right here right now), it did
_not_ work, but changing the new "#if 1"s to "#if 0" (to re-enable the
epreset() calls) made it work again.
