Now, 575 series (both 3C575TX and 3C575BTX) suffer from PHY
attaching.  At least 3C575TX cannot use exphy, because it
stops on PHY detection phase.

Unfortunately, I don't have any documentations for 3C575, so
I cannot speficy the problem.
