Aren't those the same as the old 900MHz cards, but on 2.4GHz? If so, I
believe they're based on an i82593 with some kind of radio interface.
I don't think there is much (if anything) in common with the new
cards.

I once half-ported the freebsd wlp driver, but I never finished
because of lack of hardware.
