Does anyone actually compile the kerberos5 stuff?

I fixed two problems where -lcrypto was linked rather than -lk5crypto, and
now telnetd won't compile because it cannot find com_err.h.

Two fixes I can see as workable:

	(1)  link or copy com_err.h into /usr/include/krb5 from
	     /usr/include/kerberosIV.

	(2)  put com_err.h in /usr/include instead.
