We hope to setup a mirror of the anoncvs service up here in Norway.
We're awaiting further instructions on how to do it from the
appropriate people. When our mirror gets up, you should get faster
response as Scandinavia and Germany (and we ;) are pretty well
connected. So, in some time your problem should disappear...
