Both the anoncvs server and the main cvs server are currently off the
net due to a maintainance shutdown at NASA which was scheduled to
start yesterday at around 3pm pacific time and run overnight.  

It's a reasonable bet that they should be back not all that long after
the west-coast types wake up & get into the office..
