[ VGA stuff ]

Could you folks:

1) change the #if 0's to #if 1's in sys/dev/pci/pci_subr.c.

2) bump up the kernel message buffer size (with options
MSGBUFSIZE=...)  i suggest, oh, 128KB.

3) send me private mail with the output of a kernel boot?
