For 1.3 one was able to go into a source/patches directory and
suck out a monster patch that would move you from 1.3.X to 1.3.Y.

I looked around on ftp.netbsd.org for the same thing to go from
1.4 to 1.4.1. Other than seeing a curious looking directory
	called drwxrwx--- 20 1084 netbsd 512 Aug 13 17:17 NetBSD-1.4.1
that mere mortals aren't allowed in, I saw no signs of a mega patch.

So, how does one go from 1.4 to 1.4.1? Suck down the entire 1.4.1
source tree from the NetBSD-release dir? Have mega patches been
given up in favor of something else? If so, what is the something
else? Differnt sup sets? CVS? XYZZY?

	Just curious,
