src/lib/Makefile, src/usr.bin/Makefile, &c.

There are still a few problems with the kerberos5 integration.  Most of
them should be resolved tonight, but libtelnet, rsh, and rlogin will
probably take a little longer.  I'll send an "all clear" to current-users
(at least) when I consider it working.  Should happen by the end of the
week, if I keep going at it like I have been..
