All of:

* apache
* ap-php3
* php3-snmp
* ucd-snmp

are in pkgsrc, and it's well known that some of these currently don't
compile out-of-the-box on NetBSD.

The pkgsrc collection is the most supported method of building system
software, since everything is presetup and tested for you.  I'd highly
recommend using it.  :>
