current-users: resolv.h out of sync

	While looking at PR 7966, I noticed that src/include/resolv.h
	and src/usr.sbin/bind/include/resolv.h are out of sync prior to
	IPv6 import (see r1.17 or src/include/resolv.h).  This may or may
	not be the cause of PR 7966 (I can't decide at this moment), but I
	believe it is dangerous for them to be out of sync.
	Does anyone here have a clue on how to resolve this?
