Just FYI, I just noticed that the 2 i386 computers running kernel/world
from Mon Jul  5 13:52:09 1999 (with INET6 if it matters) send out who
packets, but don't seem to do anything with those they receive - the
NetBSD-1.4 computers see them and each other as up, but those two believe
the others are down. (Also noticed in this exercise that the spider port
thinks that .0 is the broadcast address..)
