That's what I thought. Thought I'd make sure it wasn't pilot error
before opening up a PR. (I just sent it BTW...)

I tried setting ftp_proxy to (themes and variations of)
ftp://proxy_machine and either got timeouts, or messages saying
bad gateway. I must claim total ignorance on what it should be
set to though. What ever Mosaic, Netscape, etc set it to works
fine, I'm just totally unaware of what GUIfield1:protocol,
GUIfield2:proxy_machine, GUIfield3:port_number should translate
into.
