I do actually have half of this written (the Web page system that is - it
was available at flossy.fitz.cam.ac.uk last year).  However, someone
pointed out to me that there were a few potential security problems, and
before I resolved them, I lost my net connection.  Also, cross compiling
for an arbitrary arch isn't trivial at the mo, so it'd only work for the
machine it runs on.
