Not in the parts of the world I see the encoders coming from....

Note also that pkgsrc doesn't distribute sources -- the ftp sites listed
in the pkgsrc Makefile do the distributing (of course maybe there
shouldn't be a copy of some things kept at ftp.netbsd.org/distfiles).

BTW, BladeEnc still isn't available in source -- though hopefully soon.

However there's an augio/mp3encode in FreeBSD's ports collection, which
is a port of the ISO reference code.
