I have recently started getting this panic.

  panic: vrele: ref cnt

This was before upgrading to 1.4 -current although I have upgraded in
an effort to stop the panics but it still does.  Here is the back trace
I get from the core dump.  I suspect it has to do with the system
running out of resources but I'm not sure where to start increasing
them.
