If I use the ne0 card instead in the same 10BaseT network (and with the same
patchkabel) the number of Oerrs is ~0 and the collision rate is much lower.
So I doubt it's the physical network.
BTW: The (old) ep drivers in our 1.3.[1-3] Server run fine:
~0 Oerrs, 0 collisions in >14 months of use (3c905-TX, 3c900, switched
network). And I'm going to upgrade it this weekend to 1.4...
